Mechanical rust removal is to spray and grind the rust layer on the outer surface of the metal. The mechanical treatment process, such as rolling or polishing, removes the rust layer on the surface while the surface of the jewelry is leveled.

     Chemical rust removal is a process of strong etching of metal products with acid or alkali solution, and the rust layer on the surface of the product is chemically treated. And it is removed by the mechanical peeling action of the hydrogen bubbles that occurred during the etching process.

 

     Electrochemical rust removal is the process of performing cathode or anode treatment on metal products in an acid or alkali solution to remove the rust layer. Anode descaling is accomplished by chemical dissolution, electrochemical dissolution, and mechanical stripping of oxygen bubbles separated from the cathode in the electrode reaction; cathodic descaling is accomplished by mechanical stripping of hydrogen bubbles separated from the cathode.
