(1) The number or cycle of cleaning must be determined according to the pollution status of the glass curtain wall. (2) The mechanical equipment for cleaning the glass curtain wall must be sensitive in operation and maintenance measures must be taken to avoid scratching the curtain wall.
(3) The cleaning process is also an inspection process. Loose screws must be tightened, and resolutely replaced if necessary. When the connecting parts are corroded, the rust and paint must be removed.
(4) If the glass is loose, it should be repaired in time, and the glass that has broken or has broken glass should be replaced.
(5) If it is found that the glass curtain wall components and joints are damaged, or the anchoring between the joints and the main structure is loose or scattered, they should be replaced in time or measures to strengthen and repair.
(6) If the hardware is found to be scattered, damaged or showing functional failure, stop changing or repairing.
(7) After natural disasters such as typhoons, earthquakes, and fires, a comprehensive inspection of the curtain wall should be stopped, and the damaged parts should be repaired and reinforced in time.
(8) Under normal operating conditions, the glass curtain wall shall be fully inspected every time the liquidation is stopped.
(9) In order to ensure safety, do not stop the inspection and maintenance work on the outside of the
glass curtain wall under the condition of wind power above level 4 and rain.
