Characteristics of metal decorative curtain

Manufacturing process of metal curtain: use special metal wire to spiral weave into flexible net (shrinkable, like metal cloth) through curtain mold, add appropriate color after various surface treatments, and use special accessories (such as pulley, guide rail, sliding chain, Roman pole, Roman ring, etc.) to assemble the curtain.
 

Shading performance of metal curtain: the shading performance of metal curtain is determined by folding density (controlled by shrinkage density). The higher the folding ratio, the stronger the privacy.

Features of metal decorative curtain:

1. Flexibility: When the metal net curtain is lifted in a flat manner without wrinkles, it will naturally expand and contract, and the expansion size is about 15cm (the total length without wrinkles is recommended to be greater than 15cm or fixed in the length direction).

2. Falling. The metal curtain is made of spiral braided metal wire. The spiral ring has certain elasticity. Because of its own weight, it usually drops to a certain extent over a long period of time. Therefore, when calculating the size of metal curtain wall, the ground clearance (about 5cm) should be subtracted, and aluminum alloy wire (relatively light deadweight) is generally used as the material selection. Of course, the materials used in different environments will be very different.
